Tim has been in the heating and plumbing business for over 20 years. He started in Somerset way back in 1995, and has in that time installed many many heating systems, boilers and bathrooms. He is also a very proficient gas boiler engineer and always up to date with current industry standards and efficiencies.
Tims' motto is 'quality and reliability'. He uses only the best products and materials and will always spend that extra day on a project to make sure it reaches the highest standards.
"We exist in an industry were cheapness and quickness seem to be the order of the day. This results in corner cutting and low quality work which I believe is a recipe for disaster.
There is always a direct correlation between price and quality. How can you deliver a Rolls Royce finish at Mini prices??!"

Over the years I have had Tim Lazenby do work on my house’s plumbing and heating system, I have always found him to be friendly and courteous.
He has been on time, clean and as tidy as possible whilst working in the house. His work has been of the highest standards and I have no worries in either employing or recommending him.

We were over the moon with the projects that Tim carried out for us. Reliable and trustworthy, we went on holiday for a week and he cracked on with our new installation to have it finished for us when we got home! He's a true grafter and a perfectionist, and doesn't hesitate to help when you have a plumbing disaster. When he left the area it was like losing my hairdresser!
